LongevityGreenLight — Reflex Training Game
LongevityGreenLight is a behavioural reflex trainer applying peer-reviewed neuroscience to longevity habit formation. It is not a clinical diagnostic. It does not diagnose, predict, or measure your health — it trains the instinct that quietly drives every health choice you make.
The scientific basis spans four bodies of peer-reviewed research:
- Reaction time as a cognitive aging biomarker — Deary, I. J., & Der, G. (2005); Hagger-Johnson, G. et al., reaction time and mortality from the major causes of death, PLOS ONE (2014).
- Basal ganglia encoding of automatic habits — Graybiel, A. M., habits, rituals, and the evaluative brain, Nature Reviews Neuroscience (2008).
- Dopamine prediction-error reinforcement of behaviour — Schultz, W., a neural substrate of prediction and reward, Science (1997).
- Lifestyle determinants of healthspan and lifespan — including the PREDIMED trial on Mediterranean diet, Walker (2017) on sleep, Holt-Lunstad et al. (2015) on social connection, and Lee et al. (2012, Lancet) on physical movement.
The game trains the reflex to recognise Age Traps — everyday habits that silently accelerate biological aging — and replace them with vitality choices at the instinct level, before conscious deliberation. Created by Jasmine Hassam.
